At Daniel & Sophie Toronto, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
We carefully inspect each order before shipment, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return, as it explains your rights and responsibilities.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- You have received the item in hand before requesting a return.
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any international postage, customs, or handling fees.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing or using it beyond that is strictly prohibited.
- Intentional “bulk orders” meant for size comparison (ordering multiple sizes to return some) are not eligible for return.
Please note that any product returned that does not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process

Submit a Return Request:
Send an email to info@danielsophietoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, product name, and reason for return. -
Receive Return Instructions:
You will receive detailed return instructions and the return address of our supplier’s fulfillment center (located outside of your country, often in Asia). -
Ship the Item Back:
Return shipping is entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or international delivery fees.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches the correct address. -
Inspection & Confirmation:
Once we receive your returned product, our supplier will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions. -
Refund:
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after the return has been verified.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only to the product cost.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and other service charges are non‑refundable.
If your item is returned in a used or unsuitable condition, it will not be refunded and may be sent back to you at your own expense.
Liability Disclaimer
- Delivery Confirmation: We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier but reported as missing by the customer.
- Incorrect Address: Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
- Once an order is shipped, no address changes can be made.
Non‑Returnable Items
For hygienic reasons, certain products such as lingerie, swimwear, beauty items, or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
